Shipping and Carriage

All orders are dispatched 'same day' if received by 3pm. *

All orders received after 3 pm are dispatched next day.

All UK orders are sent Royal Mail 1st Class with a 24 - 48 hour delivery time.

All EU and US orders are sent Royal Airmail with 7 - 10 days delivery times.

Returns Including Christmas Gifts

If you want to cancel/return your order you must tell us within 30 days (beginning on the day after the day you receive the goods), and you then have 30 days to return the items.

Please allow 10 days for returns to be inspected and to show on your statement. Details of returns will show on next.co.uk/account. This does not affect your rights to return faulty goods.

To return your order please post to the address below and email us a copy of your postage charge receipt. We will then fully reimburse you the postage cost within 2 working days.
