Shipping and Carriage
All orders are dispatched 'same day' if received by 3pm. *
All orders received after 3 pm are dispatched next day.
All orders are sent 1st Class with a 24 - 48 hour delivery time.
Returns
For your return to be accepted, the item must be received back to World Gifts Live at the address given below within 28 days of when it was first received by you.
Please allow 10 days for returns to be inspected and to show on your statement. This does not affect your rights to return faulty goods.
To return your order please post to the address below and email us a copy of your postage charge receipt to sales@ieinternational.co.uk
We will then fully reimburse you the postage cost within 2 working days.
